The season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 22. Join us for Mass with blessing and imposition of ashes: 7:30 AM, 12:10 PM, and 7:30 PM. Be reconciled and return to the Lord by means of prayer, fasting and deeds of loving service.
Friday, February 3 is the memorial of St. Blaise, the traditional day for the blessing of throats. We will do the general blessing of throats at weekend Masses on January 28/29. The individual blessings will take place on February 3 at daily Mass.
On Monday, January 23, immediately following the 7:30 AM Mass, Deacon Steve Roscher will lead a Holy Hour to pray for respect for the dignity of human life. All are welcome to join us.

A simple funeral for Pope Benedict XVI was celebrated at St. Peter's Basilica with Pope Francis presiding on Thursday, January 5. All St. Charles parishioners are encouraged to pray for him, even with an Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be.
During the month of January 2023, if Baltimore County Public Schools are closed or have a delayed opening because of inclement weather, our 7:30 AM weekday morning Mass will be CANCELLED for that day. Stay safe!

Mass for All Souls Day will be celebrated at 7:30 PM on Wednesday, November 2. We will remember especially all those who were buried from St. Charles over the past year by lighting a candle in their memory. All are invited to attend.
