On Pentecost Sunday, June 8, 2025, St. Charles Borromeo Parish will celebrate the cultural richness of our community — the Cultural Heritage represented here every Sunday. Come celebrate the universality of Catholicism! All are invited as we celebrate the many cultures and peoples who created and sustain the faith community of St. Charles Borromeo!
Cultural Heritage Celebration
❖ PRAY together at our multi-lingual 11:00 AM Mass
❖ EAT ethnic food together at our parish picnic
❖ SING & DANCE to music from around the world
❖ CELEBRATE our multi-cultural heritage together- We invite everyone to attend the 11:00 AM Mass on June 8, wear your traditional cultural dress, and bring a non-perishable food item for the offertory (to be donated to our Food Pantry).
- We ask you to bring a dish (main, side or dessert) representing your respective country to share with our parish family. Please make sure to include a list of ingredients to protect those with food allergies.
- Please label the dish and the country it represents.
- Hot dishes should be in an aluminum pan that can be placed in a chafing dish.
- All dishes can be dropped off in the Rectory basement room before the 11:00 AM Mass.
- After the Mass (at 12:30 PM), join us for a parish-wide picnic in the space between the Church and Rectory.
- If you can't or don't normally come to the 11:00 AM Mass, still bring your family to the picnic!
