Anointing of the Sick

We will celebrate the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick at the 4:00 PM Mass on Saturday, October 23. The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick commends the faithful who are dangerously ill and suffering to the Lord Jesus in order that he may relieve and save them (cf. Can 998).

Those suffering a serious or chronic illness, those about to undergo an operation or serious medical procedure, and the elderly whose frailty has become more pronounced are all encouraged to celebrate this sacrament of healing.
