Lenten Retreat Day for women at St. Charles: March 19

Women 18 and older are invited to attend a retreat on Saturday, March 19  from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM at St. Charles, sponsored by the St. Charles Court of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and led by Father Michael McDermott and Deacon Steve Roscher.

This day of prayer and inspiration is entitled, "Living a Eucharistic Life of Discipleship." Based on Jesus' words in the Gospel of Matthew reminding us that we can be the salt of the Earth and light of the world, the day will serve to encourage us to develop a close relationship of love with Jesus and to extend his love to those in our homes, parish, communities and beyond. The holy season of Lent always presents us with the opportunity for self-reflection on ways to grow closer to God. We hope you will join us on March 19 in pursuing that worthy goal!

Bring your own lunch or pre-order a Chick Fil-A boxed lunch (regular chicken sandwich, waffle chips, chocolate chip cookie).
