Tenebrae Service on Tuesday, April 4
Home
Mass Schedule
Closing Dinner (November 9)
Parish Ministries
The service of
Tenebrae
, meaning the
"darkness"
or
"shadows,"
has been practiced by the church since medieval times.
Once a service for the monastic community, Tenebrae later became an important part of the worship of the common folk during Holy Week.
We join Christians of many generations throughout the world in using the service of Tenebrae.
Come experience Tenebrae on
Tuesday evening, April 4
at 7:30 PM in the church and hear why "This Jesus Must Die!"
