Fr. Canisius will offer a series of special presentations about the Eucharist on four Thursday evenings in Lent at St. Gabriel Church: February 29, March 7, 14, and 21. Please take advantage of this opportunity grow in your knowledge and love of the Holy Eucharist as part of your Lenten journey!
We will have a Penance Service for the season of Lent for our Pastorate (with St. Gabriel) on Wednesday, March 20 from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in the church at St. Gabriel, including the opportunity for individual confessions in English and Spanish.
The season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 14. Join us for Mass with blessing and imposition of ashes: 7:30 AM, 12:10 PM, and 7:30 PM. Be reconciled and return to the Lord by means of prayer, fasting and deeds of loving service.
Kits will be blessed at all Masses on January 6/7 for the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord. They include the history of the house blessing tradition, prayers, songs, and chalk. Each family may take a kit after Mass or pick one up at the Parish Office.
Monday, January 1st is the Solemnity of Mary, the Mother of God. When this solemnity falls on a Monday or Saturday, the obligation to attend Mass is removed. We will have Masses on Sunday, December 31 at 6:00 PM and Monday, January 1 at 8:30 AM.
Join us for Mass as we celebrate the Nativity of Our Lord! On Christmas Eve — Sunday, December 24: Masses at 4PM and 8PM. On Christmas Day — Monday, December 25: Mass at 8:30 AM. Regular weekend Mass schedule for December 23/24.
We'll be putting up the Christmas trees and other decorations in the church on Saturday, December 16, starting at 9:00 AM. If you can lend a hand, or two, and help get our beautiful church ready for Christmas, please join us!

Come join us as we gather to give thanks to God for all his blessings and to celebrate Thanksgiving with Mass for the Pastorate on Thursday, November 23 at 9AM. Bring the bread and/or wine to be shared at your Thanksgiving table for a blessing!

We will welcome Archbishop William Lori at the 11:00 AM Mass on Sunday, November 19 as he re-dedicates our altar and blesses our new Tabernacle at the start of our 175th anniversary year. Join us!
Mass for All Souls Day will be celebrated at 7:30 PM on Thursday, November 2. We will remember especially all those who were buried from St. Charles over the past year by lighting a candle in their memory. All are invited to attend.

Our Traditional Choir is back after their summer hiatus. Please consider being a part of the music ministry here at St. Charles. We meet at 3:00 PM on Saturdays and sing at the 4:00 PM Mass.

Our Daily Morning Mass is celebrated in the Rectory Basement Meeting Room while renovations are underway in the church. Weekend Masses will continue to be held in the church throughout the renovations.
Tuesday, August 15 is the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a Holy Day of Obligation. Masses will be offered at St. Charles at 7:30 AM, 12:10 PM, and 7:30 PM on August 15 in the church.
